As a client, you responsible for ensuring your appointed Principal Designer and Contractor are competent at their roles. PBC helps assess appointees against BSI Flex 8670 and PAS 8671/8672, ensuring they demonstrate competence.

Under the Higher-Risk Buildings Regulations, emergency works can be carried out for life-safety critical risks, but a retrospective application to the Building Safety Regulator is required. PBC has experience managing these urgent interventions and can oversee both the retrospective application and any follow-on works.
