We’re looking for a Part-Time Finance Assistant to join our dynamic PBC team in our London office.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a finance assistant or similar role (ATT qualification or equivalent preferred), strong proficiency in Excel and Xero/Dext accounting software, and exceptional attention to detail, along with excellent communication and time management skills.

PBC is looking for a Chartered Surveyor, preferably with +3 years post-RICS Chartership, who is looking to make the move in the short term to (or may already be suitable for) Senior Surveyor. Candidates would need to have a strong emphasis on Contract Administration, but other areas of practice/interest would be beneficial.

PBC is looking for an Experienced Building Control Surveyor to join the Building Safety and Compliance Team at PBC. The role is focused on the delivery of the role of ‘Principal Designer (Building Regulations)’ working alongside all departments within PBC across various property sectors. Candidates would ideally have existing experience in the role or extensive understanding of the role of the Principal Designer alongside an Accredited Degree or NVQ qualifications and demonstration of further training and role experience is expected.
