About the project
PBC were appointed to provide Project Management and Employer’s Agent services to Instant for the CAT A and CAT B fitting out works. Works were for the 12th & 13th floors of the Great Portland Estates’ newly completed 19 floor modern building at 240 Blackfriars Road.
PBC Scope
The construction period was 14 weeks. The fit-out contractor was Oktra Ltd. The end user of the 12th and 13th floors is Square Enix Ltd, the UK offices of the Japanese computer gaming company who publish video games such as Tomb Raider and Call of Duty. The new offices accommodate 260 staff over 17,500 sq. ft.
