To provide Project Management and Contract Administration Services in relation to the dilapidations and reinstatement works to this existing commercial building providing office space spread across 111,000 sq.ft.

Works included strip out, repair and replacement of services, CAT A fit out of floor plates, refurbishment and remodelling of reception, lobbies and WC’s to common areas as well as external decoration. The new apartments will consist of a mixture of studio, one and two bedroom dwellings.
