About the project
PBC acted on behalf of the tenant to prepare an assessment of lease-end dilapidations liabilities ahead of vacating the 200,000 sq ft distribution facility in Grantham, Lincolnshire.
The site forms part of Penguin Random House UK’s distribution network, alongside its facility in Frating, and has historically operated as Grantham Book Services, handling third-party distribution for around 40 other UK publishers in addition to PRH’s own imprints.
