About the project
PBC were appointed as Landlord Surveyors to provide independent professional advice, consultancy services and oversee and manage Neon Black’s Licence for Alterations application through to completion of the fit-out.
Neon Black is a luxury, high-end gentlemen’s grooming studio hidden in the heart of Embassy Gardens. Offering tailored grooming solutions to residents of Embassy Gardens and customers further afield, the Neon Black Studio is where form and function converge.
Challenges
In this instance, the tenant was provided with a ‘white-box’ unit previously delivered by the Landlord. It was therefore essential that the tenant’s proposed alterations to the existing electrical and mechanical provisions were compatible and would not adversely affect the existing systems. As a result, careful consideration and frequent engagement with the tenant’s design team were required throughout the approvals process.
