Kent House, Fitzrovia – Level 1

PBC were appointed to undertake Employer’s Agent and Project Management services for the fully flexible fit-out of Level 1 North at Kent House, located in the heart of the West End.

PBC Scope

The works involved an initial strip-out of the unit, followed by a high end refurbishment of the space to create a contemporary, flexible office environment that is aligned with GPE’s high quality office spaces and unique identity.

SKA Silver accreditation was achieved upon completion, and the project was delivered under budget.
