About the project
PBC were appointed as Project Manager for the total strip out, remodelling and high quality refurbishment as a single residence of this 9,500 square feet Grade 1 listed property in the heart of Mayfair. The works included a new swimming pool, spa area, gym, and sauna. Great care was taken in the design and construction to restore the listed features throughout the property.
