PBC were appointed to provide Project Management, Contract Administration and Cost Consultancy to complete a comprehensive 18-week CAT A refurbishment and flex fit-out on the third floor.

PBC Scope

The refurbishment extended to splitting the original floor plate to two 3,500 sq ft separate demises and providing new mechanical services throughout.

The completed works provided accommodation for 60 workstations across both demises, with a spacious modern entrance area, kitchenette, meeting rooms and break out space(s).

The completed refurbishment was fully fitted with all integrated IT/AV and smart building software to allow occupancy upon Practical Completion.
