About the project

PBC were appointed by Columbia Threadneedle as Project Manager and Employers Agent for the stripping out and refurbishment of the property including front façade modifications.

PBC Scope

The building was stripped out, including all the main central plant and a comprehensive CAT A refurbishment undertaken over a eight month period, producing a modern, good quality refurbishment. New finishes were installed consisting of ceiling, lighting, raised access floors, new toilets, reception, central plant including re-roofing the property, replacing the ground, 4th & 5th floors front façade curtain walling and a new contemporary reception.
