About the project
PBC were appointed to provide Employer’s Agent duties for our Landlord Client, to manage the CAT A+ refurbishment of their vacant space.
Level 3 was delivered from an existing CAT A condition, into a new CAT A+ fit out.
The scheme comprised the provision for new workstations, meeting rooms, tea points, flexible working spaces and a visitor welcome area.
Works on site were completed within the construction programme and to budget.
