About the project
PBC have been appointed by The Portman Estate to act as Contract Administrator and Project Manager for the external Planned Preventative Maintenance works for various properties across the estate for 2018.

Challenges overcome by the team included ensuring a timely completion of each property, ensuring good value for the works instructed during the contract period and ensuring the quality of the work undertaken meets the Estate’s high standard and maintaining the property for the years to come.
