About the project
Conversion from offices to 41 residential apartments including an additional storey at roof level to increase from 25,000 to 30,000 sq. ft. internal area. PBC managed the project and administered the building contract. The project required a Party Wall Award with 10-13 Lovat Lane which was dealt with by David Goedecke of PBC, our Party Wall Specialist.
