Acting on behalf of the purchaser in undertaking a pre-acquisition building survey of a 45 unit apartment block including a specialist services inspection. The inspection was carried out quickly, within 3 days of the instruction and the full report was issued within 14 days, and PBC were subsequently instructed to carry out a planned preventative maintenance report.
