About the project
One Embassy Gardens is a landmark commercial building situated within Embassy Gardens.
Designed by Lee Polisano of PLP Architects, known for the City of London’s Heron Tower, the 215,000 sq ft building offers exceptional commercial space across ten floors, crowned by a unique 360-degree roof terrace and winter gardens.
Now owned by Kennedy Wilson, One Embassy Gardens provides up to 21,598 sq ft of Grade A office accommodation, with upper floors featuring a private roof terrace overlooking the Thames.
PBC were appointed as Landlord’s Surveyor, taking responsibility for overseeing and managing tenant fit-out works across multiple floors of this prestigious Nine Elms development.
Our involvement spanned the full lifecycle of each fit-out, from initial reviews and compliance assessments through to monitoring during construction and the collation of comprehensive handover documentation for seamless transition to building management.
In addition, PBC have acted as Contract Administrators for the Landlord’s Pre-Tenancy Works, ensuring all spaces were delivered to the required standard ahead of occupation. We have also provided strategic lease expiry advisory services, including the preparation of Terminal Schedules of Dilapidations.
