Challenges
At ground floor level within the unit, the tenant proposed to keep the space open-plan to create a collaborative and inclusive atmosphere that aligns with the ethos of UN1T.
Project & Building Consultancy worked closely with the tenants design team and structural engineers to ensure the weights of the vast array of gym equipment did overload the structure.
