
Richard Wild Celebrates His 10th Anniversary at PBC
We are thrilled to announce and celebrate Richard’s ten-year anniversary at PBC!
A huge milestone, Richard joined us in 2016, bringing with him 40 years of experience in the property and construction industry, 25 years’ of which have been in both client-side and private practice roles.
Starting out as a Carpenter and Joiner, he worked his way up through the ranks to become a site manager, before attending university as a mature student to obtain his Honours Degree in Building Surveying.
After an initial 5-year period as a Building Surveyor, Richard moved roles to become a Project Manager, before a period of 7 years working at The Honourable Society of Lincoln’s, joining as Deputy Director of Estates before being promoted to Director of Estates.
Richard then returned to a consultancy role at PBC as a Senior Project Manager, before being promoted to Associate Director immediately after his probation period had been completed in recognition of his construction expertise, leadership ability and contribution to the business
Throughout his time at PBC, Richard has successfully delivered a wide range of commercial projects, including the new Costa roastery at Basildon, multiple Cat A and Cat B office refurbishments/fit-outs, refurbishment and extensions to warehouses and extension to the Cobham motorway service area facilities, being but a few examples.
Richards current projects include working on £100m+ new motorway service area in the Midlands and also a new bespoke aparthotel development in York.
A true asset to our team, Richard is also one of our two Mental Health Ambassadors and plays a vital role in promoting wellbeing across the business.
