About the project

PBC were appointed by Landsec to provide Project Management, Employer’s Agent and Cost Management services for this c6,300 sq ft of commercial CAT B space at MYO St Paul’s.

The project involved a new luxe front of house/reception area and carving up the remainder of the office space into 2 sublets.

One of the units has been transformed into a larger office featuring a tea point, multiple breakout areas, and several meeting rooms. The other unit provides a smaller workspace with a number of desks and two meeting rooms. While some existing furniture was retained in both spaces, new furnishings were introduced to enhance the front-of-house areas and newly created offices.

The project’s biggest challenge was the tight delivery timeframe which had a 6 week construction duration; through frequent communication and collaboration between the client and contractor team, the project was delivered on time and within budget constraints.

The purpose of the project was to revitalise the space and response to new market trends, as a result of the refurbishment both spaces are now let.
