About the project
Acting as Development Monitoring Surveyor, PBC is supporting the delivery of a landmark student accommodation scheme on a brownfield site, directly opposite the University of Bristol’s £500m Temple Quarter Enterprise Campus.
The PBSA development will provide 204 high-quality student bedrooms across four striking blocks (six to eight storeys), linked by external bridges over landscaped courtyards.
ESG Credentials
The scheme targets EPC A and BREEAM Excellent ratings, incorporating photovoltaic panels and connections to the Bristol City heating network, helping to respond to Bristol’s current undersupply of student housing.
Specific challenges involve constructing immediately adjacent to the Bristol Temple Meads mainline railway with works currently underway.
