PBC were appointed for this new build development in Kentish Town, the site of a previous day care centre.
The development provides a mixed-use scheme comprising 5 assisted living residential units and separate commercial space at ground floor level, with 42 private residential apartments across upper levels, together with associated ancillary and amenity space, cycle parking and refuse stores.
The scheme also benefits from a series of both communal and private roof terraces with fabulous views across the London skyline.
James Gregory of PBC’s Development Monitoring Team was appointed to act on behalf of the lender throughout the project and to successful completion.
The site is now ‘live’ and being enjoyed by purchasers.
