About the project
PBC were appointed by Foster Germany to provide Project Management services on a c9,000sqft CAT A+ refurbishment project in Clerkenwell.
The works included a new roof plant, enclosure & terrace, an interconnecting staircase from LG to GF, a walkway bridge to the new bike store/changing facilities as well as industrial style CAT A+ floors across levels 01 to 03.
The LG and GF levels were fitted to a CAT A standard for future retail space fit out.
Planning consent was obtained for the new roof plant & enclosure, upgrades to the front elevation retail unit (with step free access) and external remedial works to the façade and windows.
