About the project
The project comprised site clearance and construction of 13 new build residential dwellings with associated new road and civils works. The units were a mix of three and four bedroom units finished to a high standard.

PBC appointed to provide EA and cost monitoring services overseeing the delivery of the project by our client’s development JV partner Bellwood Homes.
