About the project
Project Monitoring:
PBC were instructed for project monitoring services of 10 Fenchurch Avenue, a CAT B Office Fit Out in central London.
The use of the 3D Matterport services allowed the client to review and analyse accurate digital models to review programme and quality from the comfort of their office overseas.
The scans were carried out fortnightly to document the progression of the project and issued to the client in line with progress meetings.
This particular project showcases one of Matterport’s biggest advantages: the ability to experience real-time progress visually, eliminating the need to physically visit site weekly.

Instruction
PBC were appointed to carry out bi-weekly Matterport scans of the CAT B fit out for the duration of the project. The aim was to ensure that the client who was situated abroad would be able to monitor site activities without having to travel frequently.
