PBC managed the full refurbishment and fit-out of 240,000 sq. ft. of commercial office space over twelve floors for global media company WPP, as part of their co-location project across EMEA.

PBC Scope

The project comprises full strip out and façade replacement with infill extensions to provide additional massing, as well as two additional floors, feature staircases, structural interventions with additional lift shaft s, new atriums and a full office fit-out to provide agile office space, business lounges and meeting suites, café’s and private dining rooms.

The project sustainability targets are to achieve BREEAM Excellent.
