Refurbishment of The Former Lifeguard Building at Polurrian Cove
PBC were appointed by our client to provide cost and project management services to oversee the extension and alteration of the luxury Hotel Polurrian, located on the stunning Cornish coastline.
Alongside our services, we are proud to be part of a team championing meaningful community engagement and inspiring the next generation.
As part of this commitment, we supported a major local infrastructure project – the complete refurbishment of the former Lifeguard Building at Polurrian Cove.
It was great to see the local community and volunteers come together to revive this fantastic space and in turn establish a new charitable trust – just in time for the summer season!
