PBC Complete 100,000 Sq. Ft. CAT A & CAT B Office Fitting Out

PBC have recently managed over 100,000 square feet of CAT A and CAT B fitting out projects at 240 Blackfriars Road, SE1 for various occupiers in this landmark modern office building. This project included:

• Ramboll Plc, floors 1-3, 36,000 Sq. Ft.
• Alternative Networks Plc, floors 4-5, 24,000 Sq. Ft. including a new  staircase
• Lonely Planet floor 6, 12,000 Sq. Ft.
• Square Enix floors 12 & 13, 24,000 Sq. Ft.
